| L&H Investments, LLC offers leasing terms from six months to two years. The six-month lease is more expensive compared to the two-year lease due to expenses involved with the leasing process. The leasing process starts when an application submitted to us, which takes about three business days for approval. The cost is $35 per applicant payable at time of submitting the application. If approved this fee is applied towards the first month's lease payment. We check Credit, Eviction, and Criminal Backgrounds. Once approved, the signing of the lease and the security deposit are required in order to secure the property you are interested in leasing. | |
